Started writing at 14, only in English for a long time, until in 1999 inspiration came in Arabic. Arabic short stories have appeared in Akhbar Al Adab (Cairo), Al Adab Magazine (Lebanon), Al Quds Al Arabi (London), and Al Bayan, Literature (UAE); first collection of short stories in Arabic “The Scent of Cardamom” published in 2005. English stories have appeared in In Our Won Words - anthology of short stories (USA), Madina - anthology of short stories (UK), Banipal magazine (UK), kikah.com, babelmed.com and alboussala.com.
Translated Scents of Marie Claire - a novel by Habib Selmi - into English.

Palestinienne de nationalité canadienne. Elle est née à Tripoli (Libye) en 1963. Elle se présente comme réfugiée par hérédité et tzigane par affinité. Diplômée en littérature anglaise. Ses passions: la mer, la musique et la littérature arabe. A commencé à écrire en anglais à l’âge de 14 ans. Elle n’a depuis écrit qu’en anglais jusqu’au jour où l’inspiration lui vint sous des traits orientaux. Elle est publiée dans diverses revues du Moyen-Orient (Beyrouth, Le Caire, Dubaï), ainsi qu’à Londres.
