This a sampling of the artwork my lovely, creative and talented 'student's produced at my Art Journaling Course just completed yesterday. I am always amazed at the variety of artwork everyone produces, and at the creativity that is lying there waiting for you to call it to come out play .. but I am never amazed at the creativity itself .. in the sense that I believe we are all creative.. I tell my students: You are creative, and I can prove it! But the truth is, they prove it themselves.
This page was created by the very talented Dr. Buthainah. A very beautiful 'zen' page which she drew free hand and used water-soluable pencils to colour, she then added some very tight handwriting of Budha quotes.
The above three pieces were created by Janis, she feels some of these pieces are yet unfinished - but even so, I think they are amazing. Janis is just so full of life and hope.. you can see it in the pieces she created.
These three pieces are the artwork of Vanessa. She may have started off a little uncertain, but by the end of the course, she was amazed at how creative she could be and at the lovely pieces she produced.
Thank you ladies for giving me the time, and for allowing me to witness the creativity bug burst to life within you and I hope you will continue to create lovely art.
