A Dazzle of Dragonflies Project

So here it is, my participation in the Awfully Big Art Adventure Challenge - a Dazzle of Dragonflies. After searching for ages, I found a dragonfly of unusual colours.

This necklace design is based on these colours, and the graduation of oranges, reds and deep reds. The silver bars and tiny beads represent the shimmer of the sun on its wings.

I love chokers, I find them so elegant no matter your age or size, and they add glamour to any outfit. I also find more space to express my creativity with chokers.

Enjoy - and go visit the Awfully Big Art Adventure and have a look at everyone else's work - maybe even join in next month's challenge.

What an original take on our challenge! I love how you've used the dragonfly as inspiration for your necklace. The warm colours are perfect. Great work and thank you for taking part.

What a dragonfly! Your necklace does reflect the colors of it. I've made one choker and made it too small so it really is a choker!

Wow on the necklace - another masterpiece! I've just checked out the Awfully Big Art Adventure, Fadwa. What an absolutely inspirational site! I see your sea shell necklace made it on there and it's wonderful piece of inspiration. I will be joining the fun me thinks, very shortly!
